Sami entered the Residential Real Estate world in order to gain experience in selling single family real estate while using her experience in managing multi-family and found a passion to help herself and the people around her who are interested in doing the same. As a career, she also found interest in the opportunity to create something that can be passed on to her family and future generations.

 

Some would call her a transplant to Richmond, VA being originally born in Miami, Fl and later relocated after graduating from Florida A&M University then landing a property management position in Richmond City.

 

She now is a mother to a vivacious daughter and spends her time with her and/or dancing around at any moment she gets. Sami has been a resident of Richmond since 2015 and has learned to love every part of this city as her own. Since Relocating, Sami has earned her Certified Apartment Manager, and Military Relocation Professional Designations  as well as grown in residential real estate closing over 5 million in sales in the past year alone!

 

Incomparable service is her purpose and helping others find home or navigate the Real Estate world is one of her favorite parts about the job. Looking back at a time when she was on the journey herself to become a first time homebuyer there was a lot of research that was hard to find. Now as a Full-Time Professional Agent she is readily equipped to help buyers, sellers, investors or renters accomplish their goals.
